Good coffee is becoming more and more important and luckily the folks atSprouted Kitchen have put online a beautiful video about how to make coffee in a chemex. I secretly wish I would do this every time I make coffee because it looks so beautiful. I bet it even tastes better! There’s even a video of them about making coffee with the French Press Method.
